Our Human Resources division is looking for creative and pragmatic individuals who consider themselves internationally savvy HR Generalists, are willing to learn, assume responsibility and courageously break new ground.  

We realise strategic corporate objectives by designing processes and establishing standards that support our employees while driving the long-term success of imc. Our challenges are consistent growth, the internationalisation of imc, and the associated continuous professionalisation.  

In the Human Resources division, responsibilities are allocated based on strengths and interests, which drives personal development within the department. There is no routine. No two days are the same. Direct channels for coordination and swift realisation are what the HR department is known for.
