Project Management

Whether you are working on our content, technology or research projects – in the imc Project Management division, you are planning and coordinating the project schedule from kick-off to close-out. No two days are the same. The exciting part of the job is also the most challenging: As a contact for your project for the external stakeholders and all internal project participants, you always stay on top of things, even in complex matters. That means you need to bring target and process orientation, assertiveness and resilience to the table. You are organised and service-oriented, and have strong communication skills. You welcome honest and constructive feedback.

Project Manager - New Media

You advise and support our clients in projects on the creation of tailored learning content. You understand the disciplines involved – such as conceptual design, design, creation and development – and prepare project plans, ensuring smooth progress. As a single point of contact, you also communicate with the client.

Project Manager – Learning Management System

In our major LMS projects, you coordinate internal project participants like our Business Consultants, and act as a contact for our clients. By designing internal processes and building relationships to relevant stakeholders, you ensure long-term project success.

Project Manager – Research & Innovation

The Research & Innovation division focuses on international research projects on products for learning and knowledge management. You support all project stages, from drafting applications to preparing project reports. You communicate with the project partners and represent imc in external project meetings. Your areas of responsibility also include research, study preparation and guidance, and scientifically sound study revision.
