Customer Services & Consulting

Training courses. Consultations. Workshops. We help clients tailor the configuration of our software to their needs and scenario, and to implement it successfully. In doing so, we merge two worlds: We understand our clients’ learning scenarios and use our knowledge to optimise the alignment of our products with these scenarios.

The Support division handles the client contact after the successful implementation, and supports the client long term in the daily use. Each of our clients is allocated their own dedicated Support Consultant – Long-term relationships based on trust are important to us.

You can expect varied tasks, exciting projects and renowned clients. As each project comes to completion, you are rewarded with clearly visible success and the appreciation of all parties involved in the project. Your private life is important to us. While the average consultant is on the road about four days a week, we typically send you out for two. In addition, we offer great flexibility: While we will handle the booking, you make the call on how you would like to travel to your client meetings. If you do crave international projects, we can offer business trips to a diverse range of locations around the world.

Business Consultant

As Consultant, you manage consultancy projects to help corporate clients and public institutions introduce our learning management system, the imc Learning Suite. You analyse our clients’ professional development processes and translate their requirements to our system. In collaboration with the client, you configure the system and ensure a smooth go-live. You consult our software developers for any system adjustments that may be required.

Support Engineer

You help our international clients solve technical issues in 2nd and 3rd level support. Your technical skills and pronounced service orientation are impressive. Since you are the dedicated support contact for a specific group of clients, you can build long-term relationships.

Integrated Studies - Customer Services

Study, earn money and gain practical experience in an innovative, modern environment. Combining on-the-job training with university studies, you will contribute to diverse consultancy projects to implement our learning management system and assume responsibility. For our highly motivated students, we even offer international placements in one of our offices abroad.
