Business Administration

The Business Administration division with the Accounting, Controlling and Legal & Compliance departments secures the future of imc with reliable planning and needs-based budgeting.

 

We consider ourselves a service provider for the entire company. We ensure that legal requirements are met and provide management with decision-making tools. Our young team with its fresh ideas works on an exciting variety of tasks in a flat hierarchical structure. That takes adaptability, resourcefulness and intuition to see big picture behind all the figures and legal bases.

The entire team is based in Saarbrücken (Germany), enjoying the modern offices and equipment in the new Scheer Towers.

Accountant

As Accountant, you can handle figures. You independently manage the bank accounts for both, the German parent company and each foreign office. You analyse financial data, help prepare monthly and annual financial statements and record transactions in SAP.

Controller

You value accuracy and have excellent analytical skills. A genius with numbers with an affinity for IT, you strive to create efficient financial processes for imc. You create real added value in relation to happy clients, suppliers and business partners all around the world.

Trainee Office Management

In our innovative and dynamic company, you will acquire the foundational skills for a permanent role in administration and office management work, accounting and HR. Your trainers will prepare you for your future career with diverse assignments. In smaller projects, you can gradually discover your strengths and demonstrate your talent.

Office Assistant

As Office Assistant, you support Administration at our headquarters in Saarbrücken in all organisational matters. You are the first point of contact for anyone interested in imc and act as an internal service point. You greet guests, organise travel for colleagues and order tools and equipment to ensure smooth workflows.
