We take responsibility for our own employees and for the society in which we live. Especially in times of a pandemic, quick and decisive action is required.
Already at the beginning of the Corona crisis, imc provided schools, universities and educational institutions in Germany with a free digital learning platform. Furthermore, we have started local school cooperations in order to promote digital education and to contribute to a sustainable source of young skilled workers. Therefore, we give lectures and workshops on topics such as career orientation and job application at various schools. We are always open for new cooperation partners and ideas.

Within the company we are committed to diversity. We believe that the diversity of our employees enables us to be more creative, to adapt better to changing conditions and to be more successful. In 2019, imc has signed the national corporate initiative Diversity Charter in Germany and started an internal diversity program. The annual highlight of this program is the celebration of the World Day of Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development.
