I have been supporting imc AG on its successful path since 2010. Since then, the number of imc colleagues has more than doubled, and imc branches have been established in 10 countries around the world. From a HR perspective, growth, internationalisation and continuous professionalisation are our strategic challenges. I appreciate the imc culture – marked by individual freedoms, our talented, open and creative colleagues’ willingness to learn and receptiveness to their input and ideas.

Outside of the Scheer Towers, I am a huge fan of French cinema and baroque music.

I joined the imc HR team in March 2020 to support the international teams. I am responsible for the UK, Australia, Netherlands, Romania, China and Singapore.

I am British and moved to Germany three years ago.
From a HR perspective, my interests are colleague engagement, organisational design and leadership.

In my free time, I like to be out in the fresh air – on my mountain bike, walking, running or horse riding.

I’m part of the HR team since May 2020 and I’m particularly interested in learning and development as well as HR marketing.

What I enjoy most about my job is the daily exchange with people and the various challenges.

In my free time, I like trying new recipes, going to the movies or planning my next trip.

After joining the HR department as a working student in September 2020, I was delighted to be offered a permanent role as a HR Manager in August 2021.  I am responsible for supporting our talented students, our consulting department, as well as our internal departments. In addition, my specific area of focus is Employment Law.

I really enjoy getting to know new and interesting colleagues, supporting aspiring talents in developing their strengths, and facing new challenges each day.

Away from work I like to spend my evenings in the company friends.  At weekends, I love being in nature, and go on adventure tours in our camper van.

I moved from Munich to Saarland in 2015. The switch to IMC was easy: an international IT company with start-up flair, lots of creative opportunities and plenty of room for my driven and dedicated self 😊.

After my 2nd parental leave, I am currently in charge of our Content Department in all HR-related topics. I love to connect with external applicants as well as our professionals and managers in order to contribute to our mutual success.

In my free time, I like to go mountain biking, explore playgrounds 😉 and sometimes end the day with an English book or a TV series.

I am working at IMC AG since January 2017. I had the incredible chance to grow along with the company ever since. My main focus is on international payroll, HR-Reporting and international mobility. I come originally from Romania, and I have been living in Germany for the last 9 years.

I love being in touch with so many interesting people, learning something new every day and also to support my great HR team.

When not working, I love playing with my daughter, discovering exciting new activities for kids.

After I had the opportunity to get to know imc as a working student, I initially joined the Sales department in 2017 and have been part of the HR team since July 2019.

I particularly enjoy dealing with the topics of maternity and parental leave as well as health & safety and HR development. I currently work part-time, as I became a mother myself in 2020.
