It's Time to Transform
It's a wrap! We had a great time meeting human resource professionals from all over Australia at the AHRI Convention in August this year. AHRI, who is the professional body for Human Resources in Australia, presented an immersive online convention complete with keynote speakers, masterclass sessions and of course, a virtual exhibition hall.
As a sponsor, imc was impressed with the organisation and execution of the networking sessions that allowed us to meet a number of talented HR professionals and understand their learning needs.
Here are some of our key takeaways:
- "Transformation and big change start with small, but significant steps." - Sarah McCann-Bartlett, CEO AHRI
- "The pandemic has shown that we can accept change almost overnight." - Ita Buttrose AC OBE, keynote speaker
- "We either train people to compete with these systems and machines or alternatively train them to build these systems and machines." - Dr Daniel Susskind, speaker
Across the program, the message that HR professionals can create the change that readies their organisations for the world of work that lies ahead is one that imc echoes. We believe that when organisations focus on digital, on-demand learning, they transform the way their people build the skills and mindsets of tomorrow.
When designing digital learning solutions that support future-readiness, consider connecting business objectives to employee learning using imc Learning Suite (our LMS) and Content Services to develop an impactful learning experience.
