We put together what belongs together. The Content Production department realises concepts and designs to develop digital training for our clients that is ready for action. The goal is to create attractive training courses with engaging functionality – but we don’t stop there. We always strive for more.
For this role, we are looking for innovative designers. You have a keen eye and technical skills. You are willing to learn new tools and work methods. You are equally willing to think outside the box and introduce new ideas.
If so, you can expect exciting projects that you will support from end to end. You evaluate and improve processes, and act as a contact for any conceptual design, design and development questions your colleagues may have. Looking at the finished work, you know: We did that.
You celebrate your success with your colleagues. We stick together as a team. We support each other and exchange ideas. We hold play days several times a year, where we collaborate to advance our departments and our formats in a fun way. We all pull together to attain our common goal: Helping people do a better job. Are you on board?
As Media Designer, you build the future of learning with us. Armed with a toolbox of authoring tools, our innovative HTML5 framework, Photoshop and Illustrator, you bring multimedia web-based training and the latest digital formats to life: virtual and augmented reality applications, serious games and interactive videos to name but a few.
Trainee Media Designer
In our New Media department, you will learn to design multimedia content and develop the technical aspects for it. You will contribute to a diverse range of international client projects under the guidance of your colleagues. Your assignments will include graphic design, image or video editing and cutting audio recordings, as well as learning to use various authoring tools, HTML and professional Adobe applications across the product family.
How can learning be fun and individualized? This and a lot more is told by imc legend Michael Schlothauer in the job slot.
"There are certain skills that you should bring to my job - and then there's what I can do," says Kenny, project manager at imc.
