Customer Relationship Manager (Saas/ Software)

We are on the look-out for an enthusiastic, Customer Relationship Manager, to join our Singapore team, who desires a challenge in helping grow our business, through playing a lead role in individual customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement for our valued customers whilst maximising the growth potential on each account in terms of revenue.

Your Tasks

  • Supporting the business managers in growing the business of imc, through playing the lead role in customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement for your responsible customer set
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved while managing the expectations on delivery is done in a financially sustainable way with the capacity of the resources available
  • Develop and implement strategic customer plans for each customer through a deep understanding of our product and customer usage scenarios with the goal of additional imc products and services
  • Processing of enquiries, offer preparations, conducting negotiations of price and contract conditions including up-selling and cross-selling for existing customers.
  • Financial controlling, account reporting and revenue forecasting for existing customers
  • Acts as a reliable partner to the customer at times of crisis (e.g., system outages, major business disruption) to calm whilst also facilitating with the other teams to de-escalate situations quickly and effectively for the customer in an acceptable and feasible way.
  • Actively improves our customer reference-ability with the aim to have every customer in a position that they would always give imc a positive reference and marketing case study.
  • Supports in the sales phase to check contract obligations are achievable and feeds back to sales any objections and alternatives to ensure we can deliver what is agreed in our contracts

Your Strengths

Ability to build outstanding relationships with our clients leveraging excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills:

  • Business minded ability to enable real business outcomes for both imc and our customers with problem solving, solution focused mindset with a desire to learn
  • Financial aptitude to manage financials associated with customers (quotes, orders, invoicing, annual revenues)
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Strong understanding of business software, and particularly SaaS solutions
  • Ability to up and cross sell to an existing customer base and maximise revenue
  • Ability to effectively challenge customers and colleagues with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel to China or other locations in Asia where imc key accounts are (up to 30%)
  • Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin) and English speaking a big plus
