Another customer, the Department of Conservation, a government organisation responsible for natural and historical heritage in New Zealand, wanted a single learning management platform for training and record keeping across their entire organisation. It was important for them to be able to quickly identify competent staff members, and then create skilled project teams using data held in a central system.

To fill this need, IMC created a unified LMS that allowed training and record management to occur in one place. This enabled the customer to report on certifications, identify competent employees and minimise training costs while maximising the availability of training information available to staff. In another example, a state department in Australia charged with overseeing health services chose IMC to provide them with the award winning IMC Learning Suite as their learning and development solution, due to the fact that the system takes a proactive approach to compliance training.
