A growing number of companies are integrating board games, discussion cards or the like  into their learning activities and events. They are usually played in small groups and encourage  discussions and reflections among the participants. The conception and the playful atmosphere create worlds of experiences  and increase also the motivation to learn as well as the the fun factor.

 

Practical example: Lafarge Asia - Jungle Game  


Lafarge Asia, a division of the leading global building materials manufacturer, has launched the “IT Information Security Awareness Program” (ITAP) campaign. Around 8000 employees will receive training developed by IMC and, as a special bonus, a custom-designed board game called “Jungle Game”. Employees receive concrete tips on how they can avoid risks and what to do in an emergency.
