Survey: Technology-enhanced learning - What customers want and training providers offer
1. August 2007 - Dropping the “e” in e-learning is currently a hot topic. The discussion implies that the training world no longer needs to point out the “e” because technology-enhanced learning is a regular and necessary part of the learning mix. But does a hot topic in the media and the community really reflect a hot topic in your daily business?
If we go an extra mile: doesn’t this discussion also imply that training providers need to offer both: competencies for classroom training and for distance learning? Are they aware of this demand? What about the customer side: do they prefer full service training providers with e-learning competencies - or do they still prefer to work with specialised training partners?
IMC (UK) Learning Ltd., the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and CHECKpoint eLearning want to do the reality check and conduct a survey to understand how deeply technology-enhanced learning is established in your training processes.
The survey addresses training providers as well as companies that offer in-house training to its employees. Beside the status of technology-enhanced learning, the focus is on finding out what customers need and what training providers offer.
IMC (UK) Learning Ltd., EFMD and CHECKpoint eLearning would appreciate your help in answering the survey. It will take less than 10 Minutes to complete. If you leave us your e-mail address you will receive a complimentary copy of the results.
