e-learning increases the efficiency of training departments
TA Triumph Adler is the market leader in Germany and is increasingly becoming also an international expert in printing, copying, faxing and archiving and formed standards in consultancy, in products on sale and in service.
TA Triumph-Adler serves more than 30,000 mostly middle-sized customers with 400 system advisors and sales-employees from 60 locations. With subsidiary company UTAX, TA Triumph-Adler delivers to over 300 specialist suppliers and distributors nationally and internationally. 600 qualified employees in service and logistics look after over 120,000 systems from 60 locations.
Usecase
The business group TA Triumph-Adler uses three IMC LMS installations, which are hosted by a German provider. Training material is made available for employees over this training platform, where it can also be administrated by employees and the training data evaluated.
When putting the course together, POWERTRAINER is used intensively. Powerpoint presentations, Excel tables and Flash-data which are already in existence are simply integrated into the e-learning courses, reworked and optimised for e-learning. The authoring tool as well as the Learning Management System has been specifically adapted by IMC to the business’s corporate design.

Training focuses at TA Triumph-Adler and its subsidiary companies are in the first instance basic knowledge and product information, but also for solutions such as T.O.M (Total Output Management) and Document Consulting with archiving, management of forms and DMS. Competition comparison is also arranged via e-learning.

e-learning has established itself within a short time-span as the ideal addition to the training courses which have been run regularly until now.
TA Triumph-Adler trains its employees with the complete solution more efficiently and precisely than before, as in addition to flexibility of time and place, recurring topics are retained and made available in a training database.
Strengthened by previous positive experiences, the worldwide rollout in English and French was managed in 2006.
