The number one choice of professors and professionals: Without it, a modern university would be unthinkable. And now, more and more companies are also discovering the advantages of LECTURNITY. Hardly surprising, when you think about it: this authoring tool not only helps you record lectures or presentations in no time at all, it also gets your interactive training courses up and running with maximum efficiency.

How LECTURNITY works

The basis is PowerPoint slides that are opened and presented in LECTURNITY. The software records slides, images and the speech of the person giving the presentation (in connection with a camera and microphone) including screen activities (screengrabbing) and annotations in the slides. You can then convert the recording directly into various formats and publish it, for example, using Windows and RealMedia, Flash film or video podcast. The proprietary file format, lpd, allows for a convenient search function within the slide texts, guarantees scalability of the slides, and can be viewed using the free LECTURNITY Player. With LECTURNITY, you can also edit your recording afterwards.

You can cut out slips of the tongue and paste new media in. With elements such as links and tests, you can turn lectures into interactive e-learning units. Furthermore, the SCORM compatibility permits the integration in Learning Management Systems.
