CLIX LMS Cleans Up AVETMISS Reporting

Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) in Australia are obliged to adopt the AVETMISS standard in their data reporting of vocational and educational trainings (VET). This has often been a complicated process using many systems and standalone tools. Now, RTOs finally do not have to worry about AVETMISS applications anymore: IMC’s comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) CLIX now offers embedded AVETMISS features and therefore hits two birds with one stone!

The CLIX Learning Management System (LMS) is a powerful enterprise level all-in-one platform that combines organisation and content management, a learning catalogue, social learning, resource planning, compliance conforming test and certification possibilities; as well as talent management and succession planning functions. Now the new AVETMISS module for CLIX LMS has been launched. The new CLIX AVETMISS module is set to especially benefit RTOs who decide to provide and organise their training offerings with the CLIX LMS as they will not have to concern themselves with the questions of how to follow AVETMISS requirements anymore: All data fields required by AVETMISS are available as standard in CLIX, information is captured organically during the learning process, and all NAT Files (i.e. files that training organisations need to provide to the Government) are simultaneously exported in a single click. This makes reporting VETs enormously easy and dramatically reduces administrational effort.

CLIX LMS is available as either an on-premise solution or in a SaaS (Software as a Service) model which provides RTOs with greater flexibility at an affordable price. All CLIX packages are fully customisable in terms of appearance and feel to fully suit the client’s needs.
